- Online Registration Opens - November 25, 2024
- Online Registration Closes for Photography - January 2, 2025
- Online Registration Closes for All Categories Except Photography - January 8, 2025 at 8:00 PM
- Entry Drop Off for Judging (Does not include Photography) - January 8, 2025 from 2:00–8:00 PM
